Clean Toilet Built and Maintained by CREDAI Clean City Movement
Clean Toilet maintained by CREDAI Clean City Movement completes 12 years of operations at the Kochi Collectorate. The Public toilet facility was designed by BKRG and constructed in association with BPCL Kochi at the Collectorate campus Ernakulam. The Ministry of Urban Development Government of India in its manual on Solid Waste Management has recognized the CCCM system as the viable decentralized system of Solid waste management in the country. CCCM is the “Approved Service Provider” to Suchitwa Mission, Government of Kerala. The venture also promotes employment opportunities for women.
Clean Toilets constructed and maintained by CREDAI Clean City Movement was the first public private participation project of hygiene management in the land provided by District Collector, Ernakulam. CREDAI Clean City Movement is also maintaining “Klean Toilet” sponsored by Cochin Shipyard at M.G.Road, Ravipuram, Kochi.
CREDAI Clean City Movement has been maintaining the Clean Toilet complex at Collectorate compound for the past ten years. The pay and use toilet complex is widely used by people visiting the collectorate. It is operated with all safety precautions.
