Dr. Najeeb Zackeria is the Managing Director of Abad Builders and Executive director of Abad Hotels & Resorts. Since 2001, he has been involved in the real estate, Hospitality, Retail and Property Management divisions of ABAD Group which is headquartered in Kochi. Abad pioneered Kerala's first mall concept with Bay pride Mall at Marine Drive in 2005, and also became the first CRISIL rated Kerala builder in the year 2006. He is the President of CREDAI Clean City Movement.
Shri M. V. ANTONY KUNNEL is Chairman & Managing Director of Kunnel Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd and also the Managing Committee Member of Builders' Association of India. He was the Pro-Secretary General of the International Federation of Asian & Western Pacific Contractors' Associations (IFAWPCA), Manila, Philippines. He is the Secretary General of CREDAI Kerala and also the Secretary of CREDAI Clean City Movement.
Shri George E George, with 27 years of rich experience in Real Estate business, is the Director of Infra Housing Pvt. Ltd and Nippon Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd and the Executive Director of Infra Hotels & Resorts Ltd. He was the past Chairman of Kerala Builders Forum, which later became CREDAI. He is presently serving as the Treasurer of CREDAI Clean City Movement.
